Our law office is located in Durham, North Carolina although our clients come to us from Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex and many other areas of Durham, Wake, and Orange Counties. Our first consultation is free for clients with personal injuries, workers' compensation claims, traffic violations and DUI cases. We accept these types of cases on a contingency basis, which means you pay no fee unless you receive compensation. For family law issues such as divorce, child custody and visitation, we have a first time initial fee of $200, followed by reasonable fees for our services.
